The zine is a celebration of Jordy’s practice, it explores how a series of paintings can convey a story once featured in zine format. “There is a start and an end to a zine, and I like that this creates a journey. I'm not one for explaining what this journey means, or even what the works on their own mean. I leave that to the observer.” -  Jordy van den Nieuwendijk

Hato Press is an independent publishing house established in 2009. It produces books, zines and other objects in collaboration with artists; exploring people, play, culture and community in unexpected ways. And, of course, it’s a longstanding part of the HATO family.
