Experimental Jetset: Full Scale False Scale

'Full Scale, False Scale' focuses on the large, site-specific installation for the Museum of Modern Art which was created by Amsterdam-based studio Experimental Jetset in 2019.
Eschewing the conventions of the standard monograph, FSFS steers us through, and reflects upon, a wealth of archive research material that informed the project. Inside there are reflections of Philip Johnson's legacy within MoMA, the language of early Modernist movements such as Dada and DeStijl and investigations into esoterica colour theory.
Beautifully published by Roma, this latest title is a perfect companion piece to 2015's 'Statement and Counter-Statement' and comes with a supplementary booklet of photographs by Johannes Schwartz.
