An old skater who discovered drawing during his recovery from an accident, Scott Chan prefers to keep his creation area and method as broad and messy as it can be. Also a huge fan of philosophy and serious thinking, which makes him express himself better through his works than language.

Hato Press is an independent publishing house established in 2009. It produces books, zines and other objects in collaboration with artists; exploring people, play, culture and community in unexpected ways. And, of course, it’s a longstanding part of the HATO family.
