Nerikomi Plate
A stoneware nerikomi plate, hand made in the UK by ceramicist Sam Andrew with an organic irregular shape and a unique pattern inherent to the making process. Nerikomi is a traditional Japanese technique that involves stacking contrasting clay and then slicing through the cross section to reveal a pattern. Glazed surface, unglazed base.
Dimensions: 22 cm. Plate may vary in size, shape, and pattern from the one pictured. All plates are food and dishwasher safe, however careful hand-washing is recommended for longevity.
