Artist Print by Peter McDonald: Black Egghug

£55

Black Egghug is a limited-edition series of 50 signed prints by artist Peter McDonald. It was made to mark the launch of Distant Egghunt, zine no.40 in Hato Press's Zine Series.

Peter McDonald is a Japan-born artist living and working between London and Tokyo. His bold, colourful paintings examine human behaviour through scenes from modern life – from cafés and art galleries to basketball courts and carpet shops, reimagined in surreal, abstract landscapes. Humorous and always unexpected, he works with a playful approach to perspective and form.

It goes without saying that we treasure our family member Hato Press' projects, and love to champion the artists and collaborators they work with. We are one and the same… but also not.
