The mini Spitz is a shorter, more compact version of the original Spitz grinder, which is inspired by the mountainous landscape of Gamper's home region of Merano, Italy. They are crafted from walnut and ash with a lightly varnished finish which highlights the natural grain of the wood. Each piece is made in the UK and sold separately.
Martino Gamper is an Italian designer celebrated for his reinterpretations of antique furniture and everyday objects, and well known for the iconic project 100 Chairs in 100 Days. He is based in east London, where he works across exhibition, interior and product design.
