No.21 That's Bananas by Aga Giecko

£9

Based on the idea that 50% of Human DNA is shared with bananas, Aga has created an alternative universe in which humans are replaced by fruity individuals. Focusing on emotions and fun visuals the zine also features plenty of historical and fine arts references, 'it’s nearly like a game or a riddle.'

Aga Giecko is an illustrator and designer born in Lublin, Poland and is currently based in South-East London. Aga graduated from Camberwell College of Arts becoming the 'It's Nice That' 2018 graduate. Her work is distinguished by humour and wonky lines which have been seen in Vogue Poland, Nike, Lazy Oaf & many more.

Complimenting the designers and objects we work with in the store with our own publishing and projects is a joy. The relationship between our own work and our selection of product continues to change and evolve, it is a journey.
