Drawing Together
£28.0

A thinking flowerpot, a Casio lizard or an eyeball-shaped hammock: "Cadavre exquis" is the name of the game with folded paper that the surrealists often played. Several people work together on a drawing, without the other players have seen the previous part of the work.
All we have to do is fold the paper and amuse ourselves with the collective nonsense. Curator Hans Ulrich Obrist has played this game over and over again in recent years - with Dan Graham, Katharina Grosse, Pippilotti Rist, Gerhard Richter, and many more. This has resulted in around 200 such scribbles.
